These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and the Arroyo Investment Group SMS Program. Arroyo Investment Group is operated by Arroyo Holdings LLC (“Arroyo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Website and Property Inquiries
You may use this website to learn about our direct home-buying services and submit a property inquiry. Submitting a form does not create an offer, agency relationship, purchase agreement, or real-estate contract. Any potential transaction and its terms must be documented separately.
Arroyo Investment Group SMS Program
When you provide a phone number and voluntarily select one or both SMS consent boxes, you may receive messages from the Arroyo Investment Group SMS Program according to the choice you made. Marketing messages may include information about our home-buying services, property purchase opportunities, and follow-up about a possible cash offer. Non-marketing messages may include inquiry or order updates, appointment reminders, requested information, and transaction-related next steps.
Cancellation
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you text STOP, we will send you an SMS confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To join again, submit a new opt-in form or sign up again in the same manner you used originally, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.
